1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Seasonal or holiday purchases (e.g., Holi, Diwali, Republic Day, Independence Day, Christmas gifts) must be returned by after 15 days of order received.

Conditions for Acceptance

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Hygiene-sensitive products: Underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, or skincare (opened).
  2. Custom-made items: Personalized engravings, monogrammed goods, or made-to-order products.
  3. Perishables: Food, plants, or subscription boxes (once delivered).

Final sale items: Clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Contact our team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

Step 2: Package and Ship

  • Securely repackage the item in its original box or a sturdy replacement.
  • Include the RA number inside the package and on the shipping label.

Step 3: Track Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery,). We’re not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

For prepaid return labels (if offered), a deduction may apply to your refund.

3. Refunds

Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds begin once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days).
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (varies by bank/payment provider).

Refund Amounts:

  • Full refund: Issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Partial refund:
    • Deductions for missing tags, packaging, or signs of use.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse).

4. Exchanges

How to Request:

  • Specify the desired size, color, or product variant.

Conditions:

  • Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Expedited Exchanges:

For urgent requests, we may ship the replacement first once your return is tracked (case-by-case approval).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Reporting Window:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

Required Documentation:

  • Photos/video of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
  • A description of the issue.

Resolution Options:

  1. Replacement: Shipped at no cost (if in stock).
  2. Refund: Full refund including original shipping costs.
  3. Store Credit: Optional if preferred.

Note: We may request return of the defective item for quality control.
